Marriages of Chatham County, Georgia, 1873-1877, Vol. II compiled by the Genealogical Committee of the Georgia Historical Society has the following information on page 282: Ledger page 75:
Ficken, Frederick m. Meta Stelljes, 5 Jan. 1875. Recorded 7 Jan. 1875 --J. B. Reimensnyder, M. G.
The Ledger Page refers to the actual page in the county ledger. It might be possible for you to order a copy from the Chatham County Courthouse Records Room. These early ledgers were usually handwritten. There may be an actual certificate of marriage. It wouldn't hurt to contact them and see.
I also checked the Bonaventure Cemetery Index pub. by the Bonaventure Historical Society, page 309
Lot E-118 contains two listed burials:
Ficken, Frederick buried 15 Apr. 1884 He is also listed on page 38 as Ficken, Frank born in Savannah, died 15 Apr. 1884, age 2, cause of death is meningitis.
There are also Stelljes burials on other lots there.
